strive to make you feel comfortable when purchasing products from our company.
If at anytime during the first 48 hours after you receive your purchase,
you are not fully satisfied you will receive a no questions asked full refund.
Just simply contact us through email, within the 48 hour period, letting
us know you are sending the item back and your money will be fully refunded
once we have received the returned item. The only risk you incur is
paying shipping and handling both ways as well as a 10% restocking fee on
all returned items.
We want our customers to be happy with
the products they purchase from our web site. If you need to return an item
and it is under the conditions of warranty (as listed below) please email
us and a valid RMA number will be issued. No item will be accepted under
any circumstance for refund if a valid RMA number is not issued. The RMA
number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. RMA numbers
are valid for 14 days after being issued. If the returned item is not received
within the 14 days a new RMA number for that item must be issued. Customers
must pack defective items being returned as if they were new and working.
Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. Labedge
is not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused
by the customer/carrier. Remember that all items returned will be subject
to the 10% restocking fee.
The stated warranty for every item is listed on each
product description page. If within the stated warranty period (warranty
period starts on the date of purchase) the product fails (product failure
includes defects and general ware), and the customer reports the product
failure (in writing via email during the stated warranty period) to Labedge,
upon receiving the returned product Labedge will issue a full refund.
However, returns which product malfunction has been determined by Labedge
to be due to abuse or fault by the customer, will not receive a refund.
Frivolous returns such as lack of interest in the item or not understanding
how an item works will not be accepted. Labedge reserves the
right to reject any return request in which Labedge suspects that a
returned item is not the original purchased product.
Limitations of Liability:
Labedge will not be liable or responsible
for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages or
injuries incurred from the use of a product that is sold on our web site.
Labedge shall not be liable for any monetary loss or expenses arising
from the use or inability to use the products we sell for any purpose whatsoever.
Only such warranties as are made by the manufacturer of the goods are available
to the buyer. If you are unsure how to operate or use a product purchased
from our web site, please contact the manufacturer of the product for specific
operating and safety instructions.
Our inventory is stocked in real time which means all
items that you see on our site are in stock and are updated instantly as
they are sold. All you need to do is list the quantity of the item
you want and scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Check Out" button.
After clicking the "Check Out" button on the Labedge home page
the selected items are listed in a purchase order form (shopping cart) and
its contents are saved in our data base and referenced with a purchase order
#. If you wish, the purchase order form can be printed so that
you can deliver it to your business office and use it as a order sheet.
The contents of a purchase order form can be purchased at any time by sending a fax of the purchase order to (505) 872-9001. It is very important to understand that our inventory
is presented in real-time and is greatly influenced by each item sold. Placing
an item on your purchase order form does not reserve that item! Items
are always sold on a first purchase basis.
We accept payment by credit card (Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), check or money order.
When payment is received by credit card items are typically shipped within
24 hours. We ask that if you wish to pay by a method other than credit
card that you contact us by email or telephone. When payment is received
by check the purchased items are shipped once the check has cleared the bank.

While we have rules that we feel draw a reasonable line between the sometime
